Founded in 1983, Schönhofer Sales and Engineering GmbH stands for advanced analysis solutions and high-quality IT and RF systems, with a focus on the defense and security sector. Since 2022, we have been part of the Rohde & Schwarz Group.
Our solutions are developed by a German team of experts and meet demanding security requirements. Our analysis platform transforms data from various sources (sensors, databases, etc.) through multiple processing layers into well-founded decision-making bases. As a technology company, we develop, engineer and integrate tailored solutions, which we complement with consulting, support and training.
As holders of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications we personify excellence in quality management, IT service, and information security.

Unser HR-Team war auf der diesjährigen Zukunft Personal unterwegs und hat spannende Einblicke, Impulse und neue Perspektiven rund um die Zukunft der Personalarbeit mitgenommen.
Besonders spannend war der Vortrag unseres Kollegen Florian Schaller von der Rohde & Schwarz, zu einem Thema das auch uns zunehmend beschäftigt: Wie können Mensch und KI im HR sinnvoll zusammenarbeiten?
In der Zukunft geht es vor allem darum, den Menschen mit der KI zu unterstützen, Freiräume zu schaffen und bessere Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
