Eindrücke von der Zukunft Personal: Mensch + KI im HR 🤖
Unser HR-Team war auf der diesjährigen Zukunft Personal unterwegs und hat spannende Einblicke, Impulse und neue Perspektiven rund um die Zukunft der Personalarbeit mitgenommen.
Besonders spannend war der Vortrag unseres Kollegen Florian Schaller von der Rohde & Schwarz, zu einem Thema das auch uns zunehmend beschäftigt: Wie können Mensch und KI im HR sinnvoll zusammenarbeiten?
In der Zukunft geht es vor allem darum, den Menschen mit der KI zu unterstützen, Freiräume zu schaffen und bessere Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
Für uns steht fest: KI ergänzt unsere Arbeit, ersetzt sie jedoch nicht!

Auch wir waren dieses Jahr wieder beim #BonnerFirmenlauf dabei!
Für einen guten Zweck haben sich bei sonnigem Wetter 20 LäuferInnen auf die Strecke begeben.
